Limited to savour the best of Malta in just a few hours? This is where the Malta Express Tour comes in. Whether visiting Malta for just one day while on a Mediterranean cruise, or your schedule is simply too packed to leave much time for exploration, you can still visit the most famous sites on the Island and get as much as you can by joining this tour.
One of our friendly and knowledgeable guides will accompany you during this amazing feat. We will also take care of transportation so that you can focus on savouring our Mediterranean sun, immersed in a historical extravaganza whilst relaxing.
Our first stop will be Mdina, the 'Silent City' and old medieval capital city of Malta. We will take a journey back in its 4000 year old history as we stroll through its narrow, winding streets, before boarding the transport to go to our next destination.
After a lovely walk in Mdina, the transport proceed to take you to Dingli Cliffs . Our next stop will then be Hagar Qim. This is a megalithic temple complex. In 1992 UNESCO recognized Ħaġar Qim and four other Maltese megalithic structures as World Heritage Sites.
During lunch time, you will have some free time to choose any restaurant of your liking and recharge with some local food and cold beverages before continuing with our tour.
Our final stop will be Valletta, Malta's capital city and a UNESCO World Heritage site. A masterpiece of Baroque architecture, it boasts some of Europe's finest palaces, churches and no less than 300 monuments, all crammed in less than a square kilometer.
